Objective
This Timesheet form is used to record hours worked each week, additional pay and bonuses and to calculate total working hours.
This enables the Finance department to calculate the correct figure to pay each employee each Month.
Applicability
All employees who are required to complete a timesheet
Procedure
• Employees must use an authorized timesheet for the reporting time worked. No other
form will be accepted.
• Employees must fill their details as well start time and end time (in 24 hour format).
• Employees must ensure the information being submitting on the timesheet is accurate.
Check that the week ending dates are correct, and that there’s no over lapping dates/hours.
• The Employer will check and confirm your submitted timesheet and the final sheet will be sent back for your records.
